ABSTRACT
Re-designing schools is one of the most important issues in schooling in the 21st century. The seminar will examine some key issues in re-designing schools. For instance: How do educators enlist concerted effort in the re-designing program? What are the obstacles we could meet when restructuring staffing? How do we accommodate students with learning differences? What are the feasible ways of personalizing learning? Considering these crucial questions could facilitate school re-designing more effectively.
