The Structure of Teachers’ Teaching-regulated Ability: A Confirmatory Research (Article written in chinese)

Abstract

Based on the six-dimension teachers’ teaching-regulated ability scale developed on long-term theoretical and experimental researches, the study aimed to demonstrate the structure of teachers’ teaching-regulated ability (TRA) by using Confirmatory Factor Analysis. The sample was composed of 436 teachers of elementary school, randomly selected from Beijing and Rui’an city, Zhejiang province. The result showed: compared with the six-dimension structure, the four-dimension structure of TRA was better fit for the data. From the perspective of teachers’ teaching process, TRA is composed of four components, including planning and preparation, awareness and evaluation, control and adjustment, and post-class reflection.
