The Relationship Between Metaworry of Middle School Students and Generalized Anxiety Disorder (Article written in chinese)

Abstract

Studied the relationship between generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) and metaworry of 636 middle school students from 2 middle schools in Guangzhou. The results showed that the degree of metaworry in students from senior high school was higher than that from junior high school. There was no notable difference between gender. There was a positive relationship between GAD and metaworry. On regression analyses, the metaworry factors that had notable effects were: examination, family, psychological health, appearance, and physiological health.
