Abstract
Reliability and validity of Inventory of Piagets Developmental Test is revised. 390 subjects from primary school in Beijing are tested. Results show that this inventorys (IPDT) reliability, validity, difficulty and discriminant ability are acceptable, and it is appropriate to be used to diagnose primary-school childrens level of cognitive development. The inventorys applicable scope, existing problem and needs of future research are discussed.
