Abstract
Outsourcing has become a topic of concern for both administrators and librarians alike. It is an issue that we will not be able to resolve overnight. This author is interested in looking at both the positive and negative sides of the problem. Although no clear-cut answer has been derived, it is a question to which we can find temporary solutions.
