Abstract
Colleges and universities are in the midst of a technological revolution. Many professors especially those of junior rank have readily implemented computer technology in their teaching. But other professors often those of senior rank have turned their back on the technological revolution. Why? Often the answer is found in their lack of broad-based computer skill. This paper provides one model of a peer-mentoring program designed especially to assist senior faculty to develop the skill and experience needed to incorporate more computer technology in their teaching.
