Abstract
This study encourages students enrolled in the human resource development (HRD) course offered by National Taiwan University in the spring semester, 1998, to apply the theories of educational technology and HRD in planning, designing, developing and evaluating real-world training projects in one organization in Taipei, Taiwan. This paper will first briefly introduce definition and content of human resource development and training; describe the implementation of HRD in Taiwan; discuss the application of educational technology in industry; then introduce the background of this study; and finally make conclusions and recommendations.
