Abstract
This article is an attempt to investigate some military and political functions the credential documents of Yuan Dynasty(1206-1368), on the basis of the gold-credential was found in Nei Mongol. According to China’s earliest historical records, Credentials first used was in the China’s Han Dynasty(206B.C.-220). But in this article an even earlier date has been proposed.
