Abstract
This article reports the results of Sun Yat-Sen Cancer Center library’s user education survey which was conducted in May–June 2002. The library users can be divided into four groups: doctor, nurse, technical specialist and administrative staff. These four user groups have similar satisfaction about the library OPAC system, network system, database, service and collections. The survey shows different opinions on which services need to be improved.
