Abstract
The oral history is the history narrated by those who experienced. As for the types of oral history, they are varied. The article looks back upon the history of the research of oral history in abroad. After analyzing the problem lying in the history in China, it puts forward to the conferring solution. The author thinks that this work will help to save the history, enrich the collection of document resources and serve the readers better.
