Abstract
As the editor of Journal of Educational Media & Library Sciences (JoEMLS), the authors summarizes the introduction of ASPERS, a submission and peer review system developed by Airiti company, and outlines the goals for its future market development and continuing contributions to scholarly journal publishing. Compared with the market share of systems adopted by several journals in Taiwan, the authors also analyze the ASPERS process empirically, and concluded the obstacles or opportunities to success remain with a mature submission/refereeing manner and the sufficient contributions for journals.
