Abstract
This study investigated the influences of a growth group training program on the mental adaptation of female educators before and after retirement. The subjects were 27 female elementary teachers who retired in February 1998, in Taipei City. They answered questionnaires on pre-experiment, post-experiment, a month after retirement, and three months after retirement. This is unclear and suggested these results.
