Abstract
This study uses cluster analysis to evaluate a six-year Counseling Project in Taipei County Primary Schools. The purposes of the study are to understand the performance of the evaluated schools, to evaluate the discrimination of each evaluation indicator, and to provide suggestions for education authorities and schools.
