Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the prediction for chaos sensibility of school management on the restructuring of the organizational power relations.
It focuses on the following topics. First, to understand the differences of cognitive sensibility with regard to school managerial chaos and restructuring of the organizational power relations. Second, to predict cognitive sensibility to the current management chaos and restructuring of power relations. Finally, the results are analyzed, deriving conclusions are discussed and suggestions for reference for education administrative authorities and elementary school administrators will hopefully elevate local research standards.
