Kindergartens’ Goals and Strategies in Interpersonal Conflict (Article written in Chinese)

Abstract

82 kindergartens were invited in order to understand the conflict resolution processes. Data was collected in open question interview. The results showed that preschooler tended to resolute the conflict with middle insistent strategies, such as looking for other resources. The conflict resolution was goal directed. They will use strong insistent strategy for self-interested purpose, but not for seeking fairness goal. The resolution processes reflect the cognitive abilities of kindergartens.
