Subjects were sampled from a private medical university and its school hospital in Taiwan. 347 copies of formal questionnaires were delivered to the subjects and there were 308 responders. Reliability tests showed the α value of the measurement tools, used in this study, ranged from .83 to .95, and factor analysis revealed each questionnaire holding good construct validity. Finally, valid data were analyzed with statistical tests including paired t-test, repeated measure ANOVA, cluster analysis, one-way MONOVA and structural equation modeling.

The main findings are: (1) Administrative clerk perceived leader with balanced or benevolence-moral leadership style will demonstrate higher organizational commitment than those who perceived leader with authoritarianism leadership style.
