A Theoretical Interpretation of the Order of Pronoun Acquisition in Child Language (Article written in chinese)

Abstract

The thesis presents a study of the order of pronoun acquisition with an interpretation given from the cognitive and functional points of view. The study suggests that the time of acquisition of various linguistic components depends not only on their level of semantic intelligibility and structural complexity but also on their communicative role — the importance of its communicative role and unsubstitutability give rise to the priority of acquisition.
