Abstract
This paper presents the necessity to dynamically renew language information and proposes some general thoughts on the dynamic renewal of language information from various aspects such as theoretical system, basic approaches and systematic constitutions, etc. It emphasizes the following four points: dynamic circulating corpus, circulation and quantification of circulation, quantification of intuition and intuition simulation by computer and structuralized language information base.
