Abstract
Similar to a box of toy bricks, the multimedia resource library for the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language (MML-TCFL) contains various basic resources for the teacher to choose according to his/her design of teaching material or course ware. As it facilitates the standardization and sharing of resources, the establishment of MML-TCFL is an important component for developing textbooks. Developing a powerful MML-TCFL is a valuable project for the enhancement of the teaching and learning of Chinese. This paper explores into the necessity, contents, structure, management and application of MML-TCFL.
