Abstract
The situation of Tuipu (推普) in the primary schools and middle schools in the areas of the Southern Henan Province shows that the Tuipu movement in rural areas in China is not satisfying. It is necessary for us to pay more attention to the publicity on training and carrying out of the Tuipu job if we are going to achieve the goals set by Guojia Yuwei (國家語委) on time.
