Abstract
The author holds that the small amount of the Chinese Loan words from English is due to the system differences between the Chinese and English languages. With statistics, this paper gives a comparative analysis and classification of the inner-structure of Chinese loan words in the angle of the duality of Chinese Loan Words. It is believed that difference of the patterns of the inner structure of the Chinese loan words is modified by the different ways of the absorbing of Chinese loan words from English. With the impact of the duality of Chinese loan words, each way has its own limitation in the absorbing of Chinese loan words from English.
