Abstract
The three elemental standards in the modern Chinese language has played a very important role in promotion of the commonly used language of the nation and in language teaching. But in actual language work, the cognition of the normative principles is not enough. This paper points out that the language norm is not only a norm for itself but a sound system with the laws, language administration management norm from the language main factor standard and the language policy.
