A Brief Statement on Implementation Outline for “Putonghua” (´¶³q¸Ü) Proficiency Test (Article written in Chinese)

Abstract
Implementation Outline for “Putonghua” (´¶³q¸Ü) Proficiency Test (IOPPT) is compiled based on the previous Program for Putonghua Proficiency Test (PPPT, 1994) and the new edition (2003), which was promulgated by Ministry of Education and Committee of Language and Character. With many experiences of implementation of PPPT in different places for 10 years, PPPT is a summary of theories and practical problems for the past. IOPPT carries out the directive ideas of PPPT entirely. The paper explains briefly the combination of IOPPT and IPPPT, and illuminates some details during the compilation.
