Abstract
“Jiaguwen” (¥Ò°©¤å) is the earliest mature font system which has been found so far in China. However, the research on the computerization of Jiaguwen can’t meet the need of its information. This paper proposes a useful method for the automatic generation Jiaguwen outline font based on the characteristics of Jiaguwen itself. Some key techniques of Jiaguwen font generation are described in this paper, also some outline examples are presented to illustrate the efficiency of our font generation system.
