Abstract
In order to carry out the objectives of the work of national spoken and written language in the new century as quickly as possible, in order to take further steps to meet the needs of international competition, it is necessary to spread and popularize the national commonly-used language and script throughout the country and the world as soon as possible. The article analyses and evaluates the current internal and international spread strategy of national commonly-used language and script, and puts forward some proposals.
