Abstract
Based on the language materials of the People’s Daily (year 2002) , the article analyzes the lettered chunks auto-retrieved by computer. It mainly analyzes the co-occurrence of the lettered words and Chinese words in proper nouns. The author also discussed two suggestions for standardizing the lettered words.
