Abstract
PSC (Putonghua Shuiping Ceshi) is a kind of criterion-referenced test. In the course of real test, as the corpus is chosen not enough for science and rational, consequently, it causes the scores lose unnecessarily, then reduces the reliability and validity of PSC, and influences the grade that the language test. For this reason, the principles of word frequency, coherent knows and grade should be taken into consideration in PSC.
