A Survey Report on the Awareness of Alphabetic Words (Article written in Chinese)

Abstract

With the development of opening up to the world and the international exchange in China, a new kind of word formation appeared in Chinese: alphabetic words. By using the methods in sociolinguistics, this paper is based on a survey and analysis of the difference and distribution of the awareness to alphabetic words in different aspects as career, gender, age, education, and the related analysis was made among the above mentioned variables.
