Abstract
This article briefly reviews the history of selecting-components, makes a discussion about several present controversial selecting-components, and points out the shortcomings. Furthermore, it puts forward new views and discusses the principle of selecting-components’ position theoretically. It aims at setting up the more reasonal and more practical selecting-components’ position.
