On the Development of Style Change (Article written in Chinese)

Abstract

As a rhetorical device, style change exits in the intercross and infiltration of styles. There are mainly two kinds of style changes: infiltration and transplant, whose developments vary from each other. The content and extent expressed by infiltration, expanding infinitely, while transplant is active unprecedentedly and becomes a factor of popular culture. Style change is rich in association, strong in analogy, and has values of aesthetic appreciation. There are deep social reasons for its popularity.
