Abstract
The investigation and study of national language conditions have many-sided significance. The No. 1 Green Paper of B Series, the Annual Report of the Language Situation in China, issued by the State Language Commission is the significant achievement of the investigation and study of national language situations. It is collective, comprehensive, objective and authoritative. It has the creative value, actual value and the academic value. It is a pioneering excellent work.
