Abstract
Affected by the mechanism of filling expressing vacancy, huyou (忽悠) of Dongbei Dialact now becomes a very popular new word in modern Chinese by filling the vacancy of neutrally expressing cheating, relying on its semantic feature of having humorous tone. The popularity of huyou has testified that there is a symbiotic relation between common language and dialect.
