Abstract
This paper discusses the semi-affixes of three-character phrases based on the large lexicon of the Grammatical Knowledge-base of Contemporary Chinese. Firstly, it reveals the semi-affixes in the three-character phrases are more regular than in the two-character phrases. Secondly, it deals with the semi-prefixes and the semi-suffixes of the Chinese in the lexicon by statistical methods. Finally, it argues that the ontology feature and the disambiguation of the unknown word on the problem of the semi-affixes.
