Personal Reflections In Using Cognitive Therapy In Working With A Depressed Woman

Abstract

This paper begins with a brief summary of the basic assumptions, concepts, practice principles and techniques of Cognitive Therapy in working with depressed clients. Then, a case was used to illustrate the application of Cognitive Therapy to this target group. Afterwards, some personal reflections on the therapy were shared.
