Abstract
As an internal professional development, teachers self-development not only presents teachers initiative, creativity and practice, but also emphasizes their freedom, independence and self-discipline. As practical knowledge and school-based learning become more and more important, the development of teachers profession need to be based on themselves, to be self-dependence, self-learning, self-inquiry, self-diagnose, self-practice, self-reflection, self-adjustment, self-encouragement and self-innovation to realize self-spanning and self-development.
