Abstract
Scientific culture is the key content and direction of the creative culture construction, which plays an important role in establishing the systems of scientific education and even modern education. With its unique cultural connotation and realistic influence, scientific culture speeds the establishment of modern educational system, promoting the emerging of modern scientific education. The development of scientific culture has pushed the reform of scientific education forward, guiding the direction of scientific educational development. The science educators and policy makers should grasp the developmental direction of scientific education, guiding our scientific educational reform with scientific culture as its connotation and construction as its orientation, to carry forward scientific awareness, cultivate scientific attitude and improve the Chinese nation’s scientific cultural accomplishment.
