Abstract
To study educational change we must pay close attention to the issues related to the subjects of educational change. The constitution of educational change subjects is compound, which consists of interest subject, decision-making subject and behavior subject. There is also difference between the type and level of the internal constitution of each part. The relationship among the three subjects can not be separated from each other and they transfer from one to another at different stages of the educational reform. It is the important guarantee for the deepening of China educational change to achieve final achievements to change single subjective outlook and vague subjective outlook of educational change into compound subjective outlook, to identify the complex and dynamic interrelationship, to emphasize the formation of positive joint forces of different subjects, to enhance the responsibility sense and ability of different subjects.
