Abstract
There are two error areas of “educational engineering lack of theory” and “educational theory lack of engineering” in the current educational engineering theory and practice. The practice demand and the lack of theory show the necessity and importance of constructing the educational engineering management theory in view of this situation. The management framework of educational engineering project is to clearly define the educational engineering projects with attributes of engineering in the educational practice and construct an educational engineering method system to guide the management practice of such projects. We can construct a management method system with the combination of internal course and external course, the coordination of internal manager and external manager, the integration of course standardized method and course improvement method from the dimensions of course, subject and method.
