Abstract
With the influence of the integration course of European higher education, the Russian higher educational fields which are experiencing the transition stage developed national unified examination, national signed investment experiment and began to carry out the credit system, while serious of problems are still existed in the course of implement. Quantities of work need to do so as to feasibly guarantee the realization of higher educational modernization and internationalization and improve the quality of higher education.
