Abstract
To devote major efforts to developing rural labor transfer training is of great significance to improve the farmers’ quality, solve the “Three Rural Issues” fundamentally and promote the harmonized and overall development of urban and rural areas. At present, there are some problems with rural labor transfer training such as local governmental departments are lack of knowledge about the training, the funds resource is not stable and sufficient, and the training and teaching are not suitable for the demand of the rural labors and so on. Facing the new development situation, it is a necessity to improve the recognition on the rural labor transfer training work, perfect management system and operation mechanism, adhere to taking employment as orientation and promoting transformation by training so as to push forward the development of rural labor transfer training.
