Abstract
Since the opening up and reform, teachers training system, appointment system and continuing educational system in China have seen a great progress. However, there are some problems that restrict the further development of teachers professionalization: the understanding of the teachers professional connotation is one-sided, the teachers professionalization is emphasized while the teachers individual professionalization is ignored, the subject of system construction is unitary and the innovative ability of the system is weak and so on. To push forward the construction of teachers professionalization system, we should adopt such strategy as to be led by concept with low-core management, resource integration and system innovation.
