Abstract
The topic of teachers personality has been deeply concerned by education home and abroad since the ancient time, which continuously presents new connotation with the variance of the times. Currently, the trend of teachers professionalization tending to be more and more lucid, giving prominence to the vitality of reconsidering teachers personality, which is an dimensionality that cannot be neglected in the process of teachers professionalization. Teachers professionalization not only displays the deficiency of the traditional teachers personality, but also endues the modern teachers personality with new spiritual implication as the professional specific consciousness of responsibility, the critical and creative spirit, the consciousness of right and autonomy, the concept of dialogue and cooperation.
