Teachers’ Personality in the Era of Teachers’ Professionalization (Article written in Chinese)

Abstract

The topic of teachers’ personality has been deeply concerned by education home and abroad since the ancient time, which continuously presents new connotation with the variance of the times. Currently, the trend of teacher’s professionalization tending to be more and more lucid, giving prominence to the vitality of reconsidering teachers’ personality, which is an dimensionality that cannot be neglected in the process of teacher’s professionalization. Teachers’ professionalization not only displays the deficiency of the traditional teachers’ personality, but also endues the modern teachers’ personality with new spiritual implication as the professional specific consciousness of responsibility, the critical and creative spirit, the consciousness of right and autonomy, the concept of dialogue and cooperation.
