The Faculty of Education at the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK Education) received an enthusiastic turnout at an evening reception held concurrently with the 2024 Annual Meeting of the American Educational Research Association (AERA) on 13 April 2024 in Philadelphia, USA.
The 2024 AERA Annual Meeting, themed “Dismantling Racial Injustice and Constructing Educational Possibilities: A Call to Action”, attracted a diverse gathering of 15,178 scholars, graduate students, policy leaders, and practitioners from 59 countries, facilitating a rich exchange of ideas.
The CUHK Education AERA Reception 2024 provided an excellent platform for stimulating discussions, academic knowledge-sharing, and the exploration of international and inter-disciplinary research collaborations. The reception welcomed over 250 attendees from around the world, including academics, postgraduate students, researchers in education and related fields, government officials and e-learning entrepreneurs from more than 15 countries and regions.
