Reduce incoming virus notifications for Microsoft Outlook 98

1. Launch Microsoft Outlook 98 first.

2. On the "Tools" / "工具" menu, select "Organize" / "組合管理". Select "Rules Wizard" / "規則精靈" as shown as follow:

3. The "Rules Wizard" / "規則精靈" window pop up.

4. Click "New" / "新增", select "Check messages when they arrive" / "當郵件到達時進行撿查", then click "Next" / "下一步".

5. Select "with specific words in the body" / "內文中有特定單字", it will shown at the bottom edit box, click the underline phase and type in "----- CUHK Campus-Wide E-mail System (CWEM) Virus Alert Message -----" in the pop up edit window. Click "Add" / "新增" and "OK" / "確定", then click "Next" / "下一步".

6. Select "delete it" / "刪除它", then click "Next" / "下一步". Since there is no need to set exception rule in this case, just click "Next" / "下一步" to pass the next dialogue box.

7. Click "Finished" / "完成", and click "OK" / "確定".
