Programme Requirements

Students are required to take at least 24 units, including core courses, elective courses and research method courses for graduation. In addition, all students are required to meet the requirement of IT Proficiency prescribed by the University. Courses to be offered include:

  • Sport Nutrition for Health and Performance
  • Biomechanics of Sports Injury
  • Structural Biomechanics of Human Body
  • Current Issues in Sports & Exercise Psychology
  • Seminar in Psychological Intervention in Sport and Exercise
  • Exercise Prescription and Chronic Disease
  • Social and Cultural Influences on Physical Activity
  • Exercise and Health Promotion for Special Population
  • Health Related Physical Activity
  • Essential Sports Medicine

  • Guided Study

Coursework Requirement

Class Schedule

There are two terms in one academic year. Term 1 is from September to December, while Term 2 is from January to April. Classes are usually offered in the evenings of Monday to Friday.
