Arrangements in the Event of Severe Weather Condition

Before Class / Event Starts
  • Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 3 or below, or
  • AMBER Rainstorm Warning Signal
 All classes / events will be held as scheduled
  • Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal Pre-No. 8 / No. 8 or above, or
  • RED Rainstorm Warning Signal or BLACK Rainstorm Warning Signal
 If it is still in force on a class/ an event meeting day at 7:00 a.m., the face-to- face morning session will be suspended. (The arrangements after suspension will be announced as soon as possible)
If it is still in force on a class/ an event meeting day at 11:30 a.m., the face-to-face afternoon session will be suspended. (The arrangements after suspension will be announced as soon as possible)

Online classes/ events will be held as scheduled.
During Class Hours / Event (If Hong Kong Observatory announces that the warning signal will be issued in a short period of time)
Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal Pre-No. 8 / No. 8 or above Face-to-face classes/ events will be suspended immediately. Program for the Gifted and Talented (PGT) will arrange for all participants to take shelter and stay at an indoor safe location until they are collected by their parents/guardians. Parents and guardians are advised to come to the venue to collect their children when such an announcement has been made.

Online classes/ events will be continued as scheduled.
RED Rainstorm Warning Signal or BLACK Rainstorm Warning Signal All outdoor activities will be suspended. PGT will arrange for all participants to take shelter and stay at an indoor safe location until the weather, road, slope, traffic, or transport conditions are improved, or participants are collected by their parents/guardians.
