Served as secondary school teacher, and Teaching Consultant in geographical education in the University of Hong Kong. He also worked for the ICAC Education Office to design moral education teaching materials. Courses taught: Geographical Education, Curriculum Design, Curriculum Change and Implementation, and Curriculum Evaluation.

Areas of research interest include Geographical Education, Teacher Beliefs, Curriculum Implementation and Curriculum Evaluation.
