Presently, Visiting Professor of Beijing Normal University; Consultant, Curriculum Professional Committee, Chinese Education Society; part-time research fellow of Curriculum & Teaching Materials Institute, People’s Education Press; member of the academic committee of the Institute of Research on Curriculum & Teaching, East China Normal University; Visiting Professor of Northwest Normal University, Southwest Normal University and Capital Normal University.

Courses taught: curriculum design and development, theory of teaching.

Curriculum theory, the nature of curriculum design and teaching process between selective and universal schooling, the application of the theory of educational psychology to the design of curriculum and textbook, the design, development and implementation of Chinese Language Curriculum, school renewal, the relationship of curriculum development and teacher professional development, etc.
