文學士(港大),理學碩士(牛津),教育文憑、文學碩士(教育)、哲學博士(中大),英國環境科學會會員。曾任中學教師及地理科主任、助理教育主任、柏立基教育學院講師及香港大學教育學院兼任講師。劍橋大學教育學院及哥倫比亞大學師範書院訪問學者。聯合國教科文組織中國環境教育項目顧問。任教科目包括:課程設計導論、課程改革與實施、教學方法及環境教育。
研究範圍:環境教育、課程設計及實施、地理教育、學校改善與學校 - 大學夥伴計劃、教學資源的運用。
