曾任研究助理，學校發展主任及香港教育研究所兼任講師。任教科目包括：課程：觀點與設計、課程領導、獨立專題探究、專題研習：在不同學習脈絡中的理念及技巧發展以及處理個別差異的課程策略等。研究範圍包括：課程原理、課程領導、通識教育的課程發展與教學、專題研習、學生個別差異的處理、教師專業發展和學校改進等。

Served as research assistant, school development officer and part-time lecturer of Hong Kong Institute of Educational Research. Courses taught: Curriculum: Perspectives and Design; Curriculum Leadership: Curriculum Design, Implementation and Evaluation; Leadership in Student Activities; Independent Enquiry Study; Project Learning: Concepts and Skills Development in Different Contexts of Learning; and Curricular Strategies for Tackling Individual Differences.

Research interests include curriculum studies, curriculum leadership, curriculum development and teaching of Liberal Studies, Project Learning, tackling individual differences, teacher professional development and school improvement.
